Razer Kraken TE not working correctly with Synapse 3


Hey,

I bought myself a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition recently and have been having various problems with them in Synapse 3.
The headset is connected to my PC via the USB Audio Controller.

THX Spatial Audio and the EQ aren't working.
Whether I change anything in the settings related to THX Spatial Audio or the EQ it doesn't impact the sound.
I am using "Razer Audio Controller - Game" as default playback device.
When switching to "THX Spatial - Synapse" I only hear a short pop sound or just very rough static every 3-5 seconds.

I already updated the USB Audio Controller and Synapse 3 to the latest version.
Reinstalling Synapse 3 several times didn't solve the problem.

Do you mind putting up a short clip of this happening and can you send me your Synapse 3 logs via PM? By the way, are you currently on Windows 10 patch 1809?

I have the same issue, i have had my razer kraken te for 3 months and the spatial thx sometimes doesn't even change anything. Tried with the button on the controller and in synapse.
The EQ also doesn't work all the time.
I have my usb controller on the latest firmware and synapse aswell.
Im running windows 10 build 1803

Please update to Windows 10 patch 1903 then uninstall the current headset drivers and rerun Windows Updater. If the problem persists, please send me a PM.
