Same here. Did the update to synapse 3 and now it fails to start. Tried repair- failed. Uninstalled and did clean install multiple times - failed. 2 of the 3 services are running(Razer central and Razer Game manager) But Razer synapse Server starts and stops immediately. Running it as Administrator and it does have firewall permission. Also checked Event viewer and all I got was: Error: 12/21/2020 1:01:48 PM Razer Chroma SDK Service 0 None OpenService failed with error 1060 Error: 12/21/2020 12:17:14 PM Razer Chroma SDK Service 0 None ControlService failed with error 1062 anyone have any ideas?

I don't know if this will help, but I heard that it hasn't fully installed yet. You have to finsh installing it manually. Again, I don't know if this will help, but I tried.

Yeah, I am having same issue, the Synapse for my keyboard is working, but not synapse 3 for my Naga Trinity and I did uninstall both via windows and CCleaner and after install synapse 3 stops working. I didn't know a human virus can make PC software go asinine. Plus I can't get help from tech support they just send me to the forums when I go to contact us, Also I'm not getting any errors on Windows error reporting for Windows 10 pro either.

Hey everyone! Have you tried checking your computer's firewall or anti-virus and see if there are any Razer-related files blocked? Please perform the steps below: 1. Right-click the Start button. 2. Select Apps and Features. 3. Search for Razer. 4. Select Synapse. 5. Choose uninstall. 6. "Uninstall" again. 7. Wait for the Razer menu to open, then select "Repair". 8. Wait for the repairing process to finish and restart once it prompts you. 9. Central services will request you to log in, then launch Razer Synapse. Let me know if it helps.

No it DOES NOT work. It still keeps logging out every 30seconds and this is the most frustrating thing ever. Synapse just refuse to run whatever i do. My mouse and speaker LEDs are OFF and mouse profiles are not running as well. No wonder so many people are selling away their razer stuff in Singapore.

Thanks for letting me know guys. Have you also verified the Razer Synapse settings under Services? If you haven't yet, please right-click the start button at the bottom left and type "Services.msc". Ensure that the status is "Started" and the startup type" is set to "Automatic".

yes. everything with razer prefix is automatic and running. after sfc /scannow then what steps now?
