Huntsman Analog V2 - Imported Chroma profiles aren't applied to KEYS

Wow, nobody else has this issue? This is probably the most infuriating thing about this keyboard. I basially have to reinvent a Chroma profile myself to get any type of lighting on the keys. None of the imported profiles ever get lighting effects applied to the keys themselves. I figured this would be a sore spot for many people.

Dude, i have the exact problem. I recently bought a Razer Hunstman Analog V2 a week ago, and when i import a profile (.ChromaEffects file extension) it only applied to the outter part of the keyboard, and in most of the cases it doesn't aply in all of the keyboard (no lights). I killed and reinstalled Synapse 3 but still have the problem. I sent an email to Razer support a few hours ago, so i'll wait for an answer. Pd. Sorry for bad english :big_grin_:

They are REALLY dragging their feet on this. Apparently, according to some with knowledge, they are working on this issue but nothing yet. If the profile was created on a newer/newest Synapse version, it will import correctly. But if it was created on an older version(probably prior to the release of this board), it won’t import correctly. Unfortunately, that is EVERY profile they have offer on their own(Razer’s) site. UnrealHero’s site has some that do work with this keyboard. I am seeing quite a few people mention this issue in reviews at Best Buy now and them returning the keyboard because of the issue, so maybe that will light a fire under them to get this fixed. A $250 keyboard should NOT have this issue, at least not for this long after release.

I hope it can be solved as soon is posible. Chroma Effects it's one of the reasons for i bought it and i don't want to return the keyboard. Have you had contact with Razer Support?

I got no where with them. They gave me a special log in ID for Synapse that did nothing at all and that was about it. The frustrating part is , after describing the issue and telling them exactly how to replicate it(simply import ANY of the chroma profiles from their own site), they STILL wanted me to send them a video of the issue. I never did send the video as I had heard from someone with knowledge, that they are working on it.
