The problem is that I am using it connected to 2.4ghz. When I want to play any game, the keyboard disconnects and comes back instantly. When I turn off Synaps 3 running, this problem goes away.
I haven't been able to use the keyboard I bought properly for 3 months. Because of this problem, I sent it to warranty, they sent me a new keyboard and the problem is the same.
What a disgrace!
Can authorized friends please help me understand this situation?
