Equaliser settings not working in synapse 3 on my Kraken v3 pro headset

On 5 november 2024, I bought a razer kraken v3 pro headset within the scope of warranty exchange, but no sound settings other than haptic intensity do not work in the synapse 3 application (no change)

I formatted my computer, switched from windows 10 to windows 11, still no change, the problem persists. THX spatial audio 15-day trial version, all settings work. But I can't adjust the sound via synapse 3, THX spatial audio is not active…

I have reinstalled with Drivercleanup and Device Detection Troubleshooting Tool but the problem persists. THX spatial audio is not active, equaliser settings are not active, bass boost is not active, nothing is active, I can only control rgb lighting.

 

my firmware is up to date, my synapse software is up to date, windows version is up to date, I just formatted the computer.

help me pls

I jave the same issue since last update of synapse4 as well

Same issue here. Also custom mappings on mouse not working.

hello having the same issue after formatting my pc with blackshark v2 pro 2023 did you guys managed to fix this?

Not managed to fix the Kraken yet. Blacksharks were returned.

The build and sound is great I have to say and using a 3rd pary equiliser works really well but not ideal.

 

An update for Synaps 4 just landed today and sadly, it hasn’t fixed my issue.

We bought the headset because it has 7.1 support, but we cannot use 7.1 due to software reasons, it is really a disgrace, even the microphone settings are dysfunctional, no settings in syapse 3 and 4 have no function except haptic intensity

I'm unable to sort this out.  Like I said, the headphones and software work perfectly on my gaming laptop but not my PC.

 

Short of uninstalling all audio and graphics drivers and starting from scratch, I don't know where to begin.
