Headset stuck in loading screen (Synapse 3.0)

Hello everyone,

I previously raised a similar issue in one of my threads a few months ago but had to set it aside since I had no time due to Uni.

The problem persists specifically with this headset, which has been problematic from the start. I once received a replacement after reporting intermittent sound cuts, and the problem seemed resolved until recently when it began occurring again. Currently, the main issue is that the device continually gets stuck on the loading screen in Synapse 3.

Here's what I've tried so far:

  • Deleting profiles and reinstalling Razer Synapse 3 multiple times.
  • Testing different USB ports.
  • The temporary fixes I found are:

  • For the sound cutting out: Dimming the LED to 0 somewhat reduces the frequency of the interruptions. I also purchased a USB hub, but it didn’t resolve the issue.
    If I exit Razer Central it also helps sometimes.
  • For the loading screen: Waiting around 3-4 minutes allows the device to finally load, but if the sound cuts/pops out again, I end up being stuck in a continuous loading loop.
    I would appreciate any assistance with these issues. I'm really fond of this headset, which is why I still own it. It would be nice if it could function the same as my other Razer devices :)

I have the same problem with my Tartarus V2. It loads forever. 

Sometimes Synapse can’t detect the device but it could be fixed simply by rebooting. Not this time though. 

Hearing that your problem persists is worrying because I rely on my left hand device for my work. I’m paralyzed if I can’t customize the device.
