Razer Kraken not detected by razer synapse or windows

Hi everyone! I've bought a razer kraken headset and when I plug it in the computer is detected as "realtek high definition audio" The 7.1 feature and mic doesn't work. And razer synapse 3.0 doesn't detect the headset. I've tried repair, uninstall and install again, change the position of the jacks (motherboard or frontal panel) and the headset is just acting as stereo. I can hear sound but there is no 7.1. Can someone help me? Thank you.
