Hue lights dim when running through Synapse 3

Hi all, I've tried to find another thread in the same topic, but they are all old and locked and don't provide a fix. I'm having trouble getting my Philips Hue lights brightness up to 100% when linked to Razer Chroma. They always sit around 50% when compared to using the Hue Sync app, even when I've set the brightness to full in Synapse. The syncing works fine when using the ambient effect of when using the Overwatch app, it's just the lights are really dim. Any advice would be greatly received. Thank you in advance.
