Fixed itself :shrug: Lights go out on my Black Widow Chroma and Death Adder V2.

ISSUE RESOLVED ITSELF SOMEHOW... I DUNNO WHY BUT ITS FIXED. I've got a Black Widow Chroma and a Death Adder v2. Today out of nowhere the lights turn off on both the keyboard and mouse, except for the F10 which is permanently white. At one point I turned off Chroma Visualizer and the lights came back on but F10 was still white. I went into Synapse 3 and and I get an error message that says try reinstalling Synapse 3. did so and started it again but the issue persisted. The support number and the chat don't answer sooo...here I am. Any thoughts on this issue?
