BlackWidow TE Chroma V2 keeps double typing

Hi everyone, My son recently purchased a new keyboard and gave me his BlackWidow TE Chroma he got last Christmas. Turns out he got the new keyboard because of keys double typing when he types. It's multiple keys but I see it the most on the C and N keys. I've cleaned the keyboard really well, updated firmware, and updated synapse. We have tried it on 2 computers with the same result as well confirmed it happens with synapse running and not running. I had already opened a ticket when I could find it on the forums but decided to go ahead and post in case someone has any suggestions. Thanks.

Does your keyboard work with synapse on, sorry I'm having another issue of my keyboard disconnecting with razer synapse on.

It does the double typing with or without synapse on.

we'll mine doesn't double type, but it completely does not work with synapse.

Does your keyboard work with synapse on, sorry I'm having another issue of my keyboard disconnecting with razer synapse on.
I have a Surface Book 3, and once Synapse 3.0 is installed, my keyboard and a gamepad keeps disconnecting every few seconds. Its a freaking nightmare :)

Thats a bummer. Sounds software related. They ended up replacing mine under warranty and its good so far.

I have the same issue IT'S SO ANNOYING
