Razer Synapse 3 (Beta) doesn´t work with Blackwidow Chroma V2 suddenly

Hello guys, first of all sorry for my bad, standard english. So I got the Razer Blackwidow Chroma V2 since 2 years right now, and it installed the Razer Synapse 3 version automatically. I used it until right now, so I closed it, and now it doesn´t reopen. Its on the newest version, I checked that, and in my task manager I can´t see the chroma components running, only Razer Central and Synapse 3. The problem is that I can´t open Razer Synapse, so I dont´t have my effects on the keyboard. I already reinstalled and restarted my pc for many times. Hopefully anyone can make me happy and helm me :(
