Regular sound distortion on the Razer Kaira Pro

I use the Kaira Pro on my Xbox One X since December. For about a month now, I am getting a pretty regular sound distortion that lasts about 30 seconds, even after doing the firmware update. I searched for a lot of threads that included this issue, and it seems that for most people it was resolved in a xbox software update, but my console is in the latest software version and I'm still having this problem. The distortion affects multiple games, like AC Valhalla, BO Cold War, Warzone and GTA, as well as the party chat audio. This issue is happening all the time and is making the headset experience very unpleasant. My headset software version is: 1.1.2.70

Same here. And I have the latest insider update (Beta Ring) and nothing is changed. It is like some kind razer related issue

Same here on One X and Windows 10 (with Xbox Wireless Adapter). I also temporarily deactivated my 5Ghz Wifi to make sure the issue isn't just caused by some interference.

Bonsoir, je préfère parler dans ma langue d'origine afin de pouvoir trouver mes mots. Pardonnez-moi par ailleurs si cela dérange quelqu'un. J'ai également des soucis de son. Comme si parfois le son était au ralenti et à la fois découper. Comme si il y avait parfois des interférences. C'est vraiment horrible quand cela se produit en groupe, impossible de comprendre ce que vous dit votre ami. J'ai également un bruit quand je lance une application et que je navigue à l'intérieur, le bruit que fait un jack 3.5 que l'ont bouge. J'ai la dernière update. J'espère que cela se résoudra avec une update consacré à ce souci Majeur. Majeur car il affecte la principale fonction de ce produit, à savoir le son.
