Hammer head true wireless charging case not working

When i plug the usb into the case to charge it there isnt any light showing signs that it is charging. When i put the earbuds in thr earbuds turn off but never automatically turn on. How do i fix the charging case?

    Were there any incidents that happened to the charging case before the issue? Do you see any physical deformation like cuts or curls from the USB cable? Please try to use a different USB-C cable to power up the case and see if the issue is still present.
