Just want to reset
So I recently received my blade 14 and have been enjoying it so far but today my audio was acting odd so I opened the sound settings and hit troubleshoot. Windows then asked me a few questions and if I could hear the sound windows just played. I responded no and then windows reinstalled my audio drivers. Since then my speakers have sounded awful and I no longer have the THX option that was originally default. I have tried every solution on here and have tried factory resetting with media creation tool. Can I please just get a factory image download link I just want it to be the way it was when I got it. Thanks!

hitSteelPinkweb262Try the steps from this thread and see if you can retrieve the legacy driver using the Windows device manager. I'll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
