Razer Mamba Wireless 2018 not working in wireless mode

I bought this mouse last 2 month. Everthing works wonderful until last night suddenly the mouse not working in wireless mode. Seems fine in cable mode. The light still on in wireless but not detected in Razer Synapse unless i plug in the cable.

    Hey! Has the Wireless Mode been switched on? If so, please try testing the device on a different PC just to check if the issue would still persist. Update me how it goes.
