Which controller for PS4

Hi, I recently bought treshers 7.1 for my ps4. I'm satisfied, so I'm going to buy one of PS4 controllers. Here's the question. Which one? At Razer page I found Raiju Ultimate and Tournament Edition. Are they the only one to choose from? If yes, which one is newer, and which one should I buy?

If you are going to play games with the Dpad mostly, go for the Raiju Ultimate (which algo features RGB Lighting and better construction quality). If you would like to experiment with different Dpads and Analog Sticks, go for the Raiju Ultimate again. However, if all you need is 4 extra buttons, long battery life and 2 normal analog sticks then...go for the Tournament edition (these things are also featured in the Raiju Ultimate, but the Tournament edition is simpler and cheaper). If you are interested in fighting games only you can also try the Razer Raion pad. Hope it helps!
