can't log into synapse

Hi, I logged out of Synapse, and now I can't log back in. I've tried resetting my password many times, and even created a new account in order to access the forum. I need to get back into my old account because I have all my profile and settings saved there. Please help asap.

What particular error message do you get when you try to log into your main account? Please send me the screenshots through PM, along with your email address.

i was able to fix this already, thanks. It was such a stupid error on my part that I am too embarassed to admit it.
