Razer Blade Stealth GTX model numbers
Hello,
I was able to snag a Razer Blade Stealth GTX for a good price at Best Buy the other day. But as i understand it, i was buying the FHD Stealth or model number RZ09-03101E72 (which is the product number on the physical computer). I did a lot of research before so I knew i was going to get a matte FHD screen. But to my surprise when i got home and opened the box, I was greeted to a glossy touch screen and when booted into windows the resolution is 3840 x 2160. The problem is that the 4k Stealth model number is RZ09-03101E52, and like i said earlier mine is stamped E72. Is this normal? Also will I have problems with a warranty later on? Tried to email customer service but they didn't help much

Interesting, is it open box? Maybe Best Buy staff made a mistake if it’s open box if it’s sealed then Razer. Your device guarantee can you check on your Razer id actually once you registered it but if your bill saying it’s FHD model yes it’ll be a problem on guarantee process since it’s different model. I’ll change the tag to support let the staffs here check this further.
