Windows couldnt recognize razer Firefly v2

I recently bought this awersome surface. instaled synapse and everything but windows keep telling me he cant recognize it, i managed to get it work 1 time but suddenly it went off and never got it back working so I don't think it's a factory defect. Maybe my pc is too old?? is like 9 years and m geting a new one on monday and hope this will fix in the new pc but i dunno, i want to make it work now so i can be sure its not a factory defect :(
