Hi. Title pretty much says all, my laptop is having massive frame rate drops for seconds at a time, about every minute or so. It happens in and out of games, but mostly in EFT. R6 gets them too, but not as much. Help!

Thermal throttle is performance drop due heat, because system try to protect itself from overheating. You can check using HWINFO64 sensor to check cpu and gpu temperature. If it’s on red values means thermal throttling. Other thing to check are your synapse gaming profil, on 2018 model if you’re using gaming mode it OC gpu and use higher cpu tdp means you’ll get higher temperature, and last one is fans if it’s dusted and need cleaning, Blade 15 dust quick and since it’s already 2 years you need to do that, i do like every 6 months or so.
