Help with razer kraken headset

Hallo I have problems with my razer kraken headset So i start pc normally like everyday,for no reason my sound on razers changed,it feels like bass is lower and sound overall,feels like i am listening something in cave... I didint do any updates on my pc,also i cant add them to my razer synapse2 at all. And wondering when plugged does my pc recognize my headset like " Razer Kraken" or under some other name https://prnt.sc/u9yqwb
