Keyboard not working with Synapse

I just bought a Black widow TE V2 and it does not work with Synapse, I have checked multiple times and have searched online, I have not found the solution. But I did got to know that it does work if you turn synapse off. I want my lighting and have to use the default super slow colour cycle. Somebody Help Please...

I did that it worked for sometime, then it also started disconnecting the keyboard.

I mean within 1 minute it got disconnected. But still in comparison with synapse 3 1 minute was huge.

Thanks for letting me know. The Razer BlackWidow Tournament Edition V2 is only compatible with Razer Synapse 2.0. Please send me the following: a. Screenshot of System Information (Hit Windows+R to open the Run box. Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.) b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver) c. Screenshot of Synapse version (Click the gear/cog icon at the top right. For Synapse 3.0, click “About”). d. Razer Synapse 2.0 logs from PC. Save the file via Google Drive or to any online drive, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.
