How to make the support answer
Hello everybody,
i purchased a Razer Kraken X at the razerstore.
I purchased it at the 19/11/19.
I wrote a message by the ticketsystem where is written that i want to give the Kraken back because i dont like it. I have another Razerprodukt wich i like more.
So the thing is that i updated the ticket daily but nobody is answering.
Is this normal for with the Razersupport? i read many bad news about this kind of threatment at trustedshops.
I like razerproducts and this was my first purchase in the store directly. Very sad to have such a bad situation then.
Or is there anything i can do? Is there better way to get heard then the ticketsystem?
