I grabbed the manual and it explained nothing. Plugged it into my computer and no status lights appeared to me. How do i charge it?

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Nari Ultimate's concern here. Is this the first time you've charged the headset? Have you tried plugging the headset to a different USB port on your PC? Ensure that there's no USB hub between the charging cable and the headset. Please send me a video showing the status indicator while the headset is plugged in via PM. Let's continue from there
