Bought a RZ09-03017EM8-R3U1, System can't find my serial# Bought from Razer.com


So, I purchased a RZ09-03017EM8-R3U1 in January 2020 from Razer.com Order# RZUSWP0000030906103, at around November 2020 I tried to register my Laptop in order to Purchase RazerCare, but Razer.com says my Serial# was not found in the System. Opened a Ticket 201128-001728 because i wanted to purchase Razer Care on 28Nov2020, Operator basically told me they really cant find my Serial# and had to be elevated. No resolution on this Ticket. Fast Forward April 2021, my Battery is Bloated, No Razercare. BUT on the upside the System now conveniently recognizes my Serial# and this Unit is now registered in my Razer Account effective today 07-May-2021, along with two other Razer Blade's I've had in the Past, this is my Third Razer. (As I ALWAYS try to Register Products for the Warranty Purposes) So, can anyone give an advice? Does anyone know what the Battery Model of Razer Model RZ09-03017EM8-R3U1 is? -SadRazerBoi
