Can't change deathadder chroma DPI.

Hi all, a couple months ago I got myself a deathadder chroma, and if I want to be competitive I will have to change my DPI, but the only way I currently know of is with the razer synapse 3.0, and the issue is when I open it, and it finishes installation and updates my devices, nothing happens. I can't re-open it, it just runs in the background, I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mouse drivers but it didn't help, how can I fix this issue, or at the very least, change my DPI without it?
