Razer Devices not appearing in Razer Synapse on Mac

I have a Blackwidow Elite keyboard, Deathadder essential mouse, and a Wolverine Tournament edition controller and I would like to customize it with lights sensitivity, custom binding, etc... on my Mac. However, when I open up the Razer Synapse, the screen is empty and it says to connect a Synapse Enabled Device. I have tried reinstalling the application and using different ports but nothing seems to work. I have tested to see if my keyboard was the problem on another windows computer but it worked on the other device. Is there something that I am doing wrong or does the Mac version for the Razer synapse just not work?
