Locked Threads and unprofessional company
So I have had an on going issue with Razer gear I recently purchased. I chose NOT to deal with Razer based on their actions I have seen on other posts. Like locking posts that are "unconstructive"!? Customers spend their hard earned money on these devices expecting them to work the way they are advertised. NOT to have to deal with Razer and their attitude. My issue was with them not articulating on their own website what devices work on which Synapse software. I may have been able to get a refund or swap to proper parts, but I chose to not due to how I and others have been treated. Currently my synapse 3 takes forever and a day to load. My Naga Trinity and Black Widow Elite use it. My Orbweaver uses synapse 2. While I can not utilize them to their fullest due to the synapse 2/3 BS, I am past that. The synapse 2 loads on its own at start up, and the Orbweaver works fine within a minute or two of turning on PC. Synapse 3 on the other hand is a joke. It still takes 5 to 10 minutes to load, AND requires me to sign in even though i have the "safe pc" box checked. GAMES in beta can take years, software that is required for the equipment to function as advertised should NOT. Synapse in Beta still is a joke. Either fix it, or revert all your new gear to Synapse 2......which works.
This guy should NOT be spoken to this way. He has the right to be upset with a company that he paid $ to for a product, and the product is not functioning properly. Deal with his attitude, and realize it is nobodies fault but Razer.
