Synapse 3 not detecting Razer Kraken Kitty & THX spatial audio indicator light not turning on

Hi, I bought a Razer Kraken Kitty Edition recently and I plugged it in our laptop (which initially sound didn't come out of the headset, but now it does) but Razer Synapse 3 doesn't detect it. I've tried removing device then installing again, updated drivers, modifying Synapse, repairing Synapse, uninstalling Synapse and reinstalling, but nothing worked. I also tried clean reinstalling as to what Razer Support on messenger said to me. But nothing, and now they haven't replied to me there.



And I have another question, should the THX Spatial Audio LED indicator light turn on even if Synapse 3 doesn't detect my headset? Because I've tried pressing the button behind the left ear cup and the light doesn't ever turn on. I'm not sure if it's because Synapse won't detect my headset. Please get back to me asap. Thanks.

I have the same issue! I just did a clean re-install of Synapse 3, and 6 of devices are showing up on synapse 3 but not the THX audio controller. Please resolve this!

I have the same issue here; I cannot get Synapse 3 to identify my Kraken Tournament Edition in the dashboard anymore, so I cannot use most of this headset's options! Please fix this!
