General question about Razer support after warranty

When your product if out of warranty, there is no support at all? I cannot ask what might cause an issue if I own the product beyond the warranty period. I don't expect free support, just some help with what might be the cause and a plan to get it s=fixed ... send it in, it will cost $x to look at it. Acruully what I really hope for was more ... that is likely the power supplu=y ... here is a troubleshooting document. If you need a new PS to will cost this much $x. How would I get paid support on a per call basis ... they seem to have shot that door down completely.

You'd be limited to self-service options for out of warranty devices. We have resources on the support page that may be able to help you troubleshoot. You can also ask the community for more intricate issues. I can help with some basic troubleshooting and start a repair ticket on your behalf, if necessary.
