General question about Razer support after warranty
When your product if out of warranty, there is no support at all? I cannot ask what might cause an issue if I own the product beyond the warranty period.
I don't expect free support, just some help with what might be the cause and a plan to get it s=fixed ... send it in, it will cost $x to look at it. Acruully what I really hope for was more ... that is likely the power supplu=y ... here is a troubleshooting document. If you need a new PS to will cost this much $x.
How would I get paid support on a per call basis ... they seem to have shot that door down completely.
