Nari Ultimate not powering on

My Nari won’t power on by itself unless it’s plugged in with usb cable. If I unplug it (either from pc or portable power bank) it shuts off. I tried the repairing tool, thinking “it’s not connecting to dongle,” but it fails after 45%. Attempted to update firmware but the firmware tool doesn’t recognize the dongle is plugged in to the PC (the repairing tool does however..) and the ‘update’ button remains greyed out. Add to the fact that the Nari mic quality is complete garbage. I spent hours attempting to adjust windows sound settings and Synapse settings to no improvement. I opted to purchase a Blue Yeti to use as a mic instead. At the price point paid, I expected a quality product. But this has been the worst headset I’ve ever owned. Case # 200616-002565
