Razer Phone 2 USF compatibility

Hey guys I've got a question, so I have been having problems with freezing apps lately and have found some posts about the problem being the SD card. I was looking to upgrade my SD card anyway. On Samsung's website, I found a card that is USF 3.0 and found some good stuff about USF while doing some research. So its a three-part question first: I found at https://www.gsmarena.com/razer_phone_2-9363.php that the razer 2 is USF 2.0 compatible but can't find that info on Razer's site. Anyone know if it is USF compatible if so only 2.0 or are there any software upgrades in Pie that have made it compatible with 3.0/3.1 and finally is it worth looking at USF cards or should I just stick with a Samsung EVO or a similar card.
