Windows Hello Drivers Missing

Hello Guys I found another post about this but it seems to be locked. Well, my hardware is a 2020 Razer Blade early 2020 base w/ 2070 RTX max-Q. I performed all of the updates required (bios & windows updates), but when I look under device manager I do not see any signs of an IR driver. In addition, when I go to Sign-in options the Windows Hello gives me the error "We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face." The set-up button is grayed out so it does not give me an option to remove and reinstall. Either way there is no sign of any driver throughout the web. Anyone have any insight on how to get this working?
