Problems with holding Lctrl+Lshift+A when Synapse 3 worked

Hello! I faced with the following problem. My keyboard is Razer Ornata Chroma. My software is Razer Synapse 3.
When I’m playing the game (CS:GO) and Razer Synapse 3 is enabled in the default-profile, I hold LShift,LCtrl and try to hold button A (move to the left), then the button A does not work. At the same time, all other buttons and, accordingly, movement in other directions work.

I have decided to close the software Razer Synapse 3, and, voila, Lshift, LCtrl and A are working. That excludes the option of marriage switch of the keyboard.

Could you tell me, what the main reason that the Razer Synapse 3 software is turned off-everything is okay, but when the software is turned on, I have such problem.
What might be the problem and how to solve it? I will be most grateful for your response.
