Cortex disabled critical processes and services
After recently running Cortex, I can no longer sync my phone to the PC via bluetooth, run the screensaver, associate files with apps, and heaps more issues. How do I reinstate all the services and processes that Cortex has disabled, so I don't have to do a full Windows reinstall, along with 40+ games?
