[Nari Ultimate] Charging Issue

Hi everyone, I am a new user of Razer product, just bought the Razer Nari Ultimate in Hong Kong for a few months since February which is running pretty good. 2 months ago, I found that even I plug-in the charging cable to charge up my headset, it does not charging and it sometimes show up yellow light and blinking every few seconds between yellow and red light. These few weeks the problem has become more obvious and worse, I cannot charge it properly and I have no idea what to do with this because I am now in Brisbane (Australia) and I am not an expert of repairing electronic products. Thus, I am looking for a solution for this as I really like the quality of this product and dont want to waste it. What should I do?
