Razer Cynosa Lite Caps Lock problem

Hello everyone I recently bought the Razer Cynosa Lite keyboard and I have detected a problem and I would like to know on the one hand if it is a general problem for this model and on the other hand if it has a simple solution. When I hold down two keys at the same time and press the caps block as the third key, the latter does not work. Caps Lock works correctly when there is one or no key being pressed at the same time as it. I have tried it in video games, I have tried it outside of them and it does not work. The keyboard is connected directly to a USB 3.0 port on my laptop, the operating system is Windows 10. Thank you very much for your help.
