Location Nari Ultimate Product Number

Hey everyone,

I got my Nari Ultimate the otehr day and wanted to register my product. I twisted off the left earcup and found my serial number but sadly not a product number (supposely starting with RZ....)

Can someone please give me the (location) product number?

Having the same issue here. I found one on the box but im being told its invalid.

I'm having the same issue. I don't have the box anymore, but I'm trying to register it.

I purchased Nari Ultimate the other day from Best Buy. Finished setting up new PC build and threw away all the boxes. Cant register headphones or get updates (mic is working but not headphones on PC, though works on PS4. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
