Volume wheel not working when synapse is running

Hi, I noticed that the volume wheel is not working (volume up/down) on my Razer Huntsman Elite when Synapse is running only... The mute function is working and everything else is also working but the wheel... Was there an update of Synapse causing this issue?

This happened to me when I installed the THX Spatial Audio. I uninstalled the THX app. but still had the problem. So I removed Synapse then re-installed it. I had to remove all my profiles, restoring them to default. But once I did that everything was working. All the multimedia shortcuts on the Huntsman KB were not working, including the volume wheel. Now it works. It's usually a software update that causes these types of problems, I found its best to try to reinstall if you can.

Any updates here? Just bought this device today and it seems to be a problem getting reported in several threads with no fix. Returning to best buy tomorrow i guess.
