Razer Mamba stopped working and cannot be detected.


After more than two years with the Razer Mamba 16K, SN: PM1551136702226 it stopped working. I was playing last night and all of a sudden it made some connecting issues until eventually it just stopped working completely. When I plug in the mouse, there is no response and when the dock is connected, it seems like it is charging the mouse but the mouse is still not working even wireless. Moreover, it seems like the laptop does not detect the mouse being connected at all. I tried different solutions, but nothing seems to work. Lastly, I deleted the old synapse software (legacy devices that was originally installed with the mouse, as I have the 3 beta version installed after lately buying the Tartarus V2 pro) and tried reconnect the mouse so it might re install something, with no luck again. There is one thing I am curious about - could it be that the cable itself got wet and therefore is not working? Again, sounds weird as when the cable is connected to the dock it does seem like it is charging the mouse. Thank you.
