Razer Synapse 3 installed but not working.

Hey, I'm new to razer. I bought the razer basilisk essential and I installed everything. but for some reason none of it will load. I have the razer cortex on my screen but it wont open. what am I doing wrong?

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse-related concern here. Have your check whether your computer’s antivirus or firewall is blocking the Razer Synapse 3.0? Please check all Razer Synapse related settings under Services by right-clicking the start button at the bottom left and search "Services.msc". Ensure that the status is "Started" and the startup type is set to "Automatic". Let me know if it helps. Else, send me a PM.
