Naga Pro and mouse dock issues

I just upgraded my old naga to the naga pro, and I got the chroma charging dock as well. Now if I walk away from my computer for more than about five minutes, the naga stops working. It still shows as paired, but the rgb is no longer synced and it won't accept any input. The only thing I've noticed that seems to fix it is if I unplug the charging dock for a minute and then plug it back in. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it?

Is your router in the near vicinity of the dock, and do you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background? For now, I highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of the app and the device drivers by following this guide.
