- turning off "allow pc to turn this device off for power saving" for all keyboard/mouse, USB root hub, and Razer Taipan drivers in device manager
- unchecking "suspend USB" in power plan settings
- using different USB ports
- different mice (both Razer and Microsoft, yet they worked perfectly fine)
- tested Taipan on another computer (which also worked fine)
- updating almost all the drivers I got and updating Windows (using 10 64bit)
- reinstalling HID-compliant keyboard/mouse, Razer Taipan drivers in both keyboard and mouse section
- scanned for integrity violations of Windows via command prompt (found nothing)
- searched for firmware and BIOS updates and they are all up to date
- clean install of Razer Synapse 2.0
[SOLVED] Mouse randomly disconnects
I have an old mouse; Taipan and it was working completely fine. I have an issue that caused it to disconnect randomly. I have already tried the following steps:
