regarding 7.1 surround sound

This has been hapening a lot, try a diferent browser, like edge, to do the dowload. Hope it helps.

I NEED HELP WITH OPENING THE APP. I am absolutely sick of my Razer Kraken TE headphones. My first ever investment in a gaming headphone and it turned out to be so bad. When i play valorant, the footsteps feel so distant! I tired to adjust the EQ so much but nothing feels good. Coming to the surround sound 7.1 app, it does not even launch. I tried to reinstall multiple times. I even fresh installed windows for it, it still doesnt launch. This is just really disappointing and i feel like ive wasted a ton of money for it.
