Razer 7.1 surround sound software: cant adjust volume

I have a pair of Razer Kraken 2019 headphones, which work fine, but the 7.1 surround sound software is the issue. When I have my audio source set to the 7.1 surround sound, I can't adjust the volume, no changes whether it's muted or max. It just remains at whatever the original output is set to. I have to switch outputs and change the volume there, then switch back to the 7.1 surround sound and it's finally adjusted. It's a pretty clunky process just to turn up or down the volume. Currently, my only solution is to reinstall the program every time. With a fresh reinstall, I can turn up or down the volume, but if I shutdown or restart the computer, then I have to go through the clunky process of switching audio outputs. If there's a solution to this, that would be pretty helpful.

ja fait une tit erreur en liberé de lespace et du coup jai du reinstaler 7.1 surround et depuis jai plus le controle du volume

I have the same issue here. It works fine until I switch to the laptop speakers - switching back to 7.1 after this makes the windows volume controls useless. This has to be a bug.
