Stealth 13 (2019) keyboard chroma stopped working

I have a Razer Blade Stealth 13 (2019) and the LEDs on the keyboard are no longer working. The keyboard operates fine, but the backlit system doesn't show up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 3, but that didn't fix it. I had discussions with support a while back (it hasn't worked for around 6 months now) and did get anywhere. I don't know if it is a driver issue, a hardware issue or what, but it would be good to get the LEDs back working again. Any ideas of what I can try please?
