Razer Goliathus Extended incorrect and dim rgb?

Im having have an issue with their Razer Goliathus Extended displaying incorrect colors and weird brightness (or lack there of) in some spots. Tried to swap USB ports tried to use a usb hub. synapse latest version no different pc to check on.
