Webcam and Mic no longer detected

I have the 2018 Razor Blade 15 Adv 1070 144hz model. I know it is out of warranty. My webcam and microphone has stopped working completely. They do not show up in Windows 10 or Ubuntu. Device manager in windows doesn't even show it. I searched online and it seems that other people have had this issue. Is there any forum of repair warranty for this? It sounds like this is common, and some companies will come out with extended warranty on specific issues. Does this have one of those?
