Razer Nari Ultimate lost pairing after Synapse 3 update

Yesterday installed Synapse 3 update. During installation process was on Skype call and then suddenly loud horrible crackling in headset and I can't hear my colleague anymore. I tried to turn on and off headset several times but it didn't help. LED fast blinking with blue color but doesn't pair. 3.5mm connectivity works pefectly Uninstall and install again Synapse 3 and drivers didn't help Dongle Recovery Tool doesn't see issues and doesn't help anyway Pairing Utility sees pairing issues but when reaches 45% drops back to 15% and repeat it several times before says Pairing failed Attempt to connect to another PC didn't help

    Also after it depleted it's charge it stopped to turn on or charge, while analog mode is still working and pairing utility still see dongle and headset and try to pair them, but no blue light blinking now. Is there some firmware update or hard reset available to try?
