Razer Nari Ultimate won't connect please help me :(

Hello, My Nari Ultimate don't wan't to connect to the dongle and Synapse 3 don't detect him. I tried so many tips from everywhere (razer support, forum...) but i can't find one who can work Can someone help me please :)
